These terms govern your use of FVQ, a financial reporting service provided by Finstory Consultants ("Finstory", "we", "us"). By using FVQ, you agree to them. If you're accepting these terms on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
FVQ builds financial reports - profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, forecasting, and more - directly from your accounting data (currently Tally, with other software planned). Reports are organized into three tiers: Insight, Control, and Direction, as described on our pricing page.
Access starts after you submit the interest form and Finstory sets up your account. Today, this includes a human reviewing and processing your accounting data before reports go live - this isn't a fully automated instant sign-up yet, and setup time can vary.
You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then. Because billing is monthly and there's no lock-in, we don't provide refunds for partial months already billed, except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine service failure on our part.
You own your accounting data. We process it solely to provide FVQ to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide - FVQ's reports reflect what your accounting records say, and we don't independently audit your underlying bookkeeping.
FVQ's reports are decision-support tools built from your own data. They're not a substitute for audited financial statements, and they're not tax, legal, or investment advice. Forecast and scenario figures are estimates, clearly labeled as such where shown, not guarantees.
Don't use FVQ to upload data you don't have the right to use, attempt to access another client's data or account, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, or a genuine breach of these terms, generally with notice where practical.
FVQ is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Finstory's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Finstory Consultants is registered.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
